Experimental Study on the Compaction and Deformation of Filling Gangue by Reducing Waste Gangue for Filling Mining

چکیده

The coal mining technology of fully mechanized solid filling is an efficient and green method that integrates “sediment reduction” “emission reduction.” However, the discharge wasted gangue surface subsidence are controlled by amount used in compaction rate filled into a goaf, respectively. To increase consumption reduce subsidence, mixed composed equal-quality washed crushed proposed as raw material for on basis gradation theory. Next, screening experiment was performed to analyze grain different specimens, compression executed compare characteristics. results show nonuniformity coefficient 55.2 curvature 1.53, which significantly improve gangue. degree relative 1.226, lower than gangue, 1.33. deformation modulus 23–135 MPa, better (26–100 MPa), indicating compressive resistance improved. case study Tangkou mine suggests greatly promotes can effectively control deformation.
